Stuffed buns


Ingredients for Stuffed Buns

For filing

  1. White buns optional
  2. Tomato sauce optional
  3. Mayonnaise optional

For filling

  1. Chicken breast (without skin and bones) 1 piece
  2. Bacon or brisket 150 grams
  3. Bulgarian pepper 2 pieces
  4. Hot pepper 1 pod (optional)
  5. Pickled cucumbers 2 pieces
  6. Fresh mushrooms 2-3 pieces
  7. Cabbage 3 large leaves
  8. Tomatoes 2 pieces
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Thyme to taste
  11. Ground pepper to taste
  12. Butter 50 grams
  13. White wine 50 milliliters

For the sauce

  1. Fresh cucumber 1/2 pieces
  2. Natural yogurt 3 tablespoons
  3. Garlic 1-2 cloves

Inventory:

Frying pan, kitchen knife, cutting board, spatula, tablespoon, small plate, fork.

Cooking Stuffed Buns:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients for the filling.


Rinse the chicken breast and cut into thin strips. Add some spices to it and mix. Set aside for now.
Rinse the cabbage, mushrooms and peppers, and then cut the vegetables into thin strips, and the mushrooms into slices. Pod of hot pepper cut into rings.
Tomatoes need to be peeled and cut into cubes.
Rinse pickled cucumbers with cool water and chop into strips.
Bacon or brisket should also be cut with a knife into thin strips.

Step 2: prepare the filling.


Sauté the bacon in about one tablespoon of melted butter. Then add chicken to it and stirring all the time, cook everything together for 3 minutes over medium heat.

Add mushrooms and peppers (both Bulgarian and hot), mix the contents of the pan and continue cooking. 2 minutes.

Then add the cabbage and pour in the white wine. Keep cooking until 50% wine will not evaporate. Remove the pan from the heat.
Add tomatoes and pickles, salt to taste, pepper, add thyme and mix.

Step 3: prepare everything for serving stuffed buns.

Cut the rolls lengthwise and take out the bread pulp from the inside to make hollow inside the workpiece with a kind of lid.
Separately mix grated fresh cucumber with yogurt and crushed cloves of garlic. Put the resulting sauce on the bottom of the prepared buns.

Step 4: serve the stuffed buns.


Filled with sauce rolls, fill with warm filling, add sauce and mayonnaise to taste to taste and serve everything to the table!
