Spinach and Sausage Salad Ingredients

  1. Fresh spinach 100 grams
  2. Hard cheese 50 grams
  3. Sausages (small) 8 pieces
  4. Leek 1 piece
  5. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  6. Honey 1 tablespoon
  7. Apple (honey) vinegar 2 tablespoons
  8. Cherry Tomatoes 20-30 pieces

Cooking salad with spinach and sausages:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Rinse the spinach in several waters, then shake and dry, leaving, for example, in a colander on the weight for a while. Then cut the spinach leaves into strips.
Rinse and chop the leek into ringlets.
Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes well.
Cut the cheese into thin slices, squares or stripes.
Peel sausages and make cross-shaped incisions at the tips. One or two sausages can also be cut into circles, but this is optional.
Important: if you do not have small sausages, but the usual size. then they need to be cut across into 3 parts.

Step 2: fry the sausages.


Heat olive oil in a pan and toss sausages into it. Fry over high heat, turning over, over 1-2 minutes, or until the sausages are covered with a golden brown, and the cuts made do not open.
Remove the sausages from the pan without turning off the heat.

Step 3: stew the onions with tomatoes.


In the same pan in which you cooked sausages, put the chopped leek. Often interfering fry everything for 1-2 minutes.
Add cherry tomatoes, honey, vinegar and mix well again.

Step 4: add the nipples.


Reduce heat, add sausages to the skillet and heat a little. Then drain the excess liquid, transfer the contents of the pan to the salad bowl, add the spinach and mix. Arrange in portions, add slices of cheese and serve the finished dish to the table.

Step 5: serve the salad with spinach and sausages.


Salad with spinach and sausages should be served warm, immediately after you mix the hot tomatoes, sausages and onions with spinach. This is a simple and tasty summer dish that will suit everyone. It has both greens, and tomatoes, which add taste, and sausages for meat lovers. Cook with pleasure.
