Carrot lemonade


Ingredients for Making Carrot Lemonade

  1. Freshly squeezed carrot juice 350 milliliters
  2. Mineral water (or ordinary carbonated) 550 milliliters
  3. Ice optional

Preparation of carrot lemonade:

Step 1: Mix the ingredients.

All ingredients must be chilled (except ice, it, of course, must be frozen). Mix carrot juice, mineral water and ice in a shaker, shake several times.

Step 2: Serve the carrot lemonade.


Pour the cooked carrot lemonade into a glass or glass filled with ice.
You can decorate each serving with a slice of lemon or lime, as well as any greens, from dill to refreshing mint. And that’s all! Drink healthy carrot lemonade and enjoy its taste. Bon appetit!

Recipe Tips:

- You can add freshly squeezed lemon or orange juice to carrot lemonade, it will turn out just as delicious.

- You can make carrot juice using a blender. To do this, it is enough to grind the peeled carrots, adding a little boiled water to it, and then strain the resulting mass to separate the pulp.
