Grilled Fish Sandwich Ingredients

Making a fried fish sandwich:
Step 1: prepare the fish fillet.
Wash and dry the fish fillet with paper towels. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper on all sides.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and place the prepared fish in it. Fry for several minutes on each side until cooked. Just flip gently so as not to break the tender fillet.

While the fish is being fried, you will have time to cook and peel the eggs in the same way, cut the bread, cheese and greens to prepare everything for the sandwich assembly.
I don’t think that the order of the layers in the sandwich is of strategic importance, so just arrange everything the way you like. The main thing is that it will turn out beautifully and accurately, and it will be tasty anyway.
