Making a pie with tomatoes and cheese:
Step 1: prepare the dough.
Sift the wheat flour into a deep plate. Then sprinkle yeast and salt. Pour in yogurt at room temperature, and then pour warm water in a thin stream or in portions and gradually knead soft dough. When you get a homogeneous mass, add olive oil, and then leave the dough to rest on 30-35 minutesso that the yeast begins to act.
Step 2: prepare the filling.
While the dough is coming up, start cooking the toppings.
Grate 1/2 whole parmesan and any other cheese on a coarse grater, mix them in a bowl.
Separately, beat the eggs in the foam, then add sour cream to them, mix, and pour the final mixture into a plate with cheeses.
Mix everything well by adding a mix of peeled seeds of various kinds.
Rinse the dill and chop it finely, and then add to the total mass. Again, mix everything thoroughly.
