Potato salad


Ingredients for Making Potato Salad

  1. Young potato 500 grams
  2. Radish 1 handful
  3. Cucumber 1 piece
  4. Fresh dill 1 bunch
  5. Garlic 1 clove
  6. Lemon juice to taste

Making potato salad:

Step 1: prepare the potatoes.


Young potatoes need to be washed thoroughly by brushing them with a sponge or brush. After the vegetables, dip in salted boiling water and boil until cooked. When the knife pierces the potatoes like butter, put the tubers in a bowl of cold water and peel the skin from them. Cut peeled potatoes into medium-sized pieces.

Step 2: prepare other ingredients.


Rinse the radishes and cucumbers thoroughly, and cut them without peeling them. Crush the radish with slices, and the cucumbers in semicircles.
Rinse dill and chop finely.

Step 3: preparing a gas station.


In a bowl, mix lemon juice with oil, then add salt, sugar, ground pepper and chopped clove of garlic.
