Ingredients for making caprese from the oven

  1. Mozzarella 250 grams
  2. Tomatoes 1-2 pieces (large)
  3. Basil a few leaves
  4. Olive oil optional

Cooking caprese from the oven:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Rinse the tomatoes and then dry with paper towels. Cut the prepared vegetables into thin slices.
Shake off mozzarella from excess moisture and wipe with paper towels. Cut the cheese into circles equal in thickness to the tomato circles.
Rinse the basil leaves and cut from the stems.

Step 2: bake a caprese in the oven.

Fill tomato and mozzarella circles in a baking dish, alternating between them and sometimes diluting with basil leaves. Sprinkle everything on top with aromatic spices and lightly pour olive oil.
Everything, at this stage, it would seem, the salad can be served, and it will be tasty and healthy, but I suggest making the dish even better. To do this, put your caprese in a preheated 200 degrees bake and bake for 10 minutes. But after serving the dish on the table, until it cools down.
