Cooking grilled turkey fillet:

Step 1: prepare the marinade.

Place the egg yolk in a deep plate, add the garlic cloves peeled and grated. Mix everything well.

Continue stirring, gradually adding olive oil in a thin stream. Continue whipping and stirring all the way until the mass thickens. Then add saffron, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything very well again.

Step 2: marinate the turkey fillet.

Wash the turkey fillet, dry and cut into thin strips. Transfer the poultry meat to the marinade prepared in the previous step and mix everything well. Leave the turkey to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
At the same time, you need to soak the wooden skewers in cool water on which you will roast the turkey.

Step 3: grill the turkey fillet.

Put pickled turkey meat on wet wooden skewers. Then place everything on a hot grill and fry for several minutes on each side until cooked. You will understand that the turkey is ready when its fillet changes color, as well as acquires a distinctive golden crust, in some places, among other things, the grill should be imprinted.

Step 4: Serve the grilled turkey fillet.

Serve the grilled turkey fillet as the main hot dish with any vegetable salad. Pineapple slices complement the taste of the bird as well, so you can put a few slices of fruit on a serving plate.
