Fried cakes with cottage cheese

Dough

  1. Wheat flour 700 grams
  2. Warm water 1 cup
  3. Fresh yeast 35 grams
  4. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt 1 teaspoon
  6. Vegetable oil a little

Cooking fried cakes with cottage cheese:

Step 1: prepare the dough.


First make the dough. Dilute the yeast with sugar and a little warm water.
Sift the flour into a deep plate, pouring it with a little pot. Make a recess in the center. Pour yeast into this recess. Sprinkle a little flour on top and let them rise without mixing everything together.
When the leaven is ready, add salt, a little vegetable oil and the remaining warm water to the dough. Knead the dough until smooth and non-sticky.
Cover the finished dough and set aside to rise in a warm place.

Step 2: prepare the filling.

In a bowl, mix mashed fat cottage cheese and eggs. Stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Step 3: form the pies.


Mash the rising dough and divide it into several balls equal to each other.

Now take one ball, with a rolling pin, stretch it into a rectangle and put one tablespoon of the filling on it. Then pull the edges of the dough to each other and close them tightly, forming a pie.

Work the edges of your products with a fork so that they stick together with each other and the filling does not fall out during frying.
Let the cakes with cottage cheese rest on the countertop for 10 minutes.

Step 4: fry pies with cottage cheese.


Heat hot oil in a deep frying pan or pan. Shake off pies from flour and put them to fry.

It is necessary to fry dough products until they are covered with a beautiful golden crust on both sides. To do this, in the process of cooking pies you need to turn over once.
