Ingredients for Making Berry Cupcakes
For the test

Making berry muffins:
Step 1: knead the dough.

Pour the vegetable oil into the dough.
Mix everything with a mixer until a completely homogeneous shiny mass.
Step 2: add the raisins.
Add raisins to the finished dough (before dried fruit must be soaked in hot water or rum). Gently mix everything with a silicone spatula.
Step 3: put the cupcakes in the tins.
Prepare cupcake tins. Use silicone molds or metal molds, but be sure to insert paper inside so that the cupcakes can be easily reached.
Fill the cupcake dough with 2/3.
Step 4: decorate with berries.
Rinse the berries, dry them and sort them out.
Sprinkle wild berries on top of the dough.
Lay raspberries in the center of each cake pan.
Step 5: bake berry muffins.
Bake berry muffins in preheated 180 degrees the oven. Time for preparing - 25 minutes. But you can check whether the dough was baked with a toothpick (at the exit it should be dry and without lumps).
After cooking, the muffins should be allowed to cool to room temperature.
Step 6: serve the berry muffins.Remove the finished berry muffins from the tins, leaving only paper ones. That's all! You can try. If desired, muffins can be decorated with cream, whipped cream, chocolate or powdered sugar. Serve as a dessert for tea or coffee.
