Inventory:

Silicone and paper cupcake tins, a kitchen knife, cutting board, oven, baking tray, hot pot holders.

Making bacon and egg nests:

Step 1: form the nests.

Take silicone cupcake molds and put paper molds in them. Take the pieces of bacon and roll them into a ring, and then put them in cupcake tins. It turns out two slices per mold.

Step 2: add the potatoes.

Put thin slices of peeled boiled potatoes inside the resulting bacon nests, alternating them with pieces of cheese and onion rings (if you add it).
Sprinkle everything with ground pepper and rosemary for taste and aroma.

Step 3: add the eggs.

Break into each nest gently on the chicken egg. Add eggs so as not to damage the yolks, this is a must!

Step 4: bake nests from bacon with eggs.

When the nests are formed and filled, put them in the oven, preheated to 190-200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 15-20 minutes or to the desired degree of preparedness of the eggs, whether you want to leave the yolk a little raw or if you want it to bake completely - this is what you control. If you love hard-boiled eggs, then you may well bake nests of only about 10 minutes.
Serve hot immediately after cooking.

Step 5: serve the nests from bacon with eggs.

In theory, nests made of bacon and eggs should easily separate from paper molds, but if you can’t succeed, you can serve them directly, it does not affect the taste.
This is such an interesting and satisfying breakfast that you can do, be sure to try what it tastes like! It would be nice to supplement the dish with crispy toasts and fresh vegetable salad.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- You can use any cheese, if only it was of high quality.

- Salt is not needed for the preparation of nests, since bacon is salty already, and we also have cheese in the recipe.
