Preparation of sweet and sour sauce with pineapples for the winter:

Step 1: prepare the tomatoes.

Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half and grate, turning the vegetables with the pulp to the grater. In the end, you will only have skins in your hands; Thus, you chop the pulp, preserving the juice, and peel the tomatoes from the peel.

Step 2: prepare the onion.

Peel onions, rinse with cool water and chop finely.

Step 3: cook onion with tomatoes.

Add finely chopped onions to the grated tomatoes and cook everything over low heat, stirring very often. Need to cook 60 minutes.

Dilute the starch in a small amount of water and add to the sauce at the end of cooking.
Mix everything well and remove from heat. Arrange on sterile jars, tightly close the lids and, turning upside down, leave to cool. Then put it in storage in the basement or closet.
