Ingredients for cooking salted cucumbers in a bag
- Fresh 1/2 Cucumbers
- Dill bunch
- Garlic cloves a few pieces
- Bay leaf 2-3 pieces
- Allspice 2-3 peas
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ginger root grated to taste

Cooking salted cucumbers in a bag:
Step 1: prepare the cucumbers.
Rinse the cucumbers properly. Immediately make a reservation that only soil cucumbers are suitable, small in size with small pimples.
Cut off the buttocks and then divide each cucumber into four pieces along.
Step 2: put everything in a package.

Close the bag tightly, trying to remove as much air as possible from it.
Step 3: add the cucumbers in the bag.
Shake the cucumbers lightly in the bag and put them in the refrigerator for one night.
The next day, remove the cucumbers from the refrigerator and transfer them to the room. Now you just have to wait until the moment when the vegetables slightly change color and become salted, as they should.
Step 4: serve salted cucumbers in a bag.
Serve salted cucumbers as a snack, as an addition to the side dish, add them to your sandwiches and sandwiches. All this with cucumbers will be very, very tasty.
