Step 1: fry the peppers.

Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan, then cool it to 70 degrees and pour in jars of pepper.

Step 4: sterilize the workpieces.


Sterilize jars with blanks in preheated condition. 100 degrees celsius oven. To keep the pepper well stored, warm the workpieces for 1 hour, and for jars, volume 480-500 grams enough and 45 minutes.
Turn the cans of peppers removed from the oven upside down, cover with a blanket or blanket and leave to cool to room temperature. And after that, take them away to the pantry or storage closet.

Step 5: serve the prepared fried peppers for the winter without vinegar.


Serve roasted peppers as a cold appetizer on a regular dinner table or on a festive table if you have a noisy celebration. The peppers are very tasty and are well stored in closed jars without a refrigerator. But after opening it is better to put the workpiece in the refrigerator.
