Ingredients for the preparation of snacks "Roses"

  2. Puff pastry (yeast-free) 1 pack
  3. Hard cheese 8 slices
  4. Cucumber 1 piece
  5. Bulgarian pepper 1 piece

Cooking Roses snacks:

Step 1: put the filling on the dough.


Following the instructions on the packaging of the dough, thaw it and then roll it into a thin rectangular layer.
Cut the rolled dough into strips with a thickness of 4 centimeters.
Rinse and peel the cucumber. Cut the seeds from the pepper and remove the twig, remove the peel from the cucumber. Cut the vegetables into thin slices or strips.
Cut cheese and ham into strips as well.

Put ham first on the dough, then cheese and slices of vegetables so that the filling covers half the thickness of the strip and is slightly exposed.

Bend the remaining free half of the dough inward, covering the filling. Then just roll everything like a roll. So you get a rose.
Roll up the rest now in a similar way.

To prevent the roses from falling, place them in cupcake tins, and then put them on a baking sheet at a certain distance from each other.
Bake rosettes for a pre-warmed snack 180 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Then cool them a little and serve.
