Ingredients for Cooking Pepper Jam

Cooking pepper jam:

Step 1: prepare peppers.

And to make the jam beautiful and transparent, and uniform in texture, pass the pulp of peppers through a sieve. Wipe everything to remove large pieces.

Step 4: boil pepper jam.


Return the mass of peppers to the pan, add granulated sugar and put on a slow fire. Cook jam for 45 minutesstirring occasionally.

Step 5: prepare and serve the pepper jam.


Hot pepper jam should be laid out in clean and sterilized jars, cork well and leave to cool under a blanket or dense blanket.
