Ingredients for making drumsticks in a pouch

For the test

  1. Wheat flour 200 grams
  2. Warm milk 70 grams
  3. Vegetable oil 25 milliliters
  4. Sweet Paprika 1 teaspoon
  5. Marjoram 1 teaspoon
  6. Savory 1/3 teaspoon
  7. 1/3 teaspoon lemon pepper
  8. Egg yolk 1 piece
  9. Sugar 1 pinch
  10. Fresh yeast 20 grams

For filling

  1. Skinless chicken legs 2 pieces
  2. Potatoes (boiled) 3 pieces (medium size)
  3. Garlic 2-3 cloves
  4. Onion 1 piece (large)
  5. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Marjoram 1 teaspoon
  8. Lemon pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Granulated garlic 1 / 2-1 / 3 teaspoons
  10. Smoked ham 2 slices

Preparation of drumsticks in a pouch:

Step 1: knead the dough.


Sift the wheat flour and sprinkle it with a slide. At the top, make a small hole and place the yeast there, sprinkling them with sugar and pouring a little milk. Let the yeast begin to act for several minutes, and then add the egg yolk, remaining milk, butter and spices. Knead a uniform and fairly tight dough.
After kneading, leave the dough covered somewhere in a warm place so that it rises. And get down to the stuffing yourself.

Step 2: prepare the filling.


Peel and dice the boiled potatoes.
Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
Cut the garlic and squeeze through a special press.

Fry the onion in oil until soft, then add it to the potatoes and mash together with a crush. Add mashed garlic, salt and other specified spices.
Fry chicken legs in oil as well until a slight blush on all sides. In total, it will take you about frying chicken 10-15 minutes. You do not need to cook it, just fry it.

Step 3: pack the chicken legs in bags.


When the dough rises, divide it into two equal parts and roll it into rather thin circles.
Put on each slice of dough a slice of smoked ham, then put the mashed potatoes and put the chicken leg in it.
Fold up the free edges of the dough to make it look like a bag, and tie them with baking parchment. Do not tie it very tightly, leave a small gap in the neck of the bag so that hot air comes out of it.

Step 4: bake the drumstick in the bag.


Cover the baking tray with parchment and place your drumsticks in it.
Send this beauty warmed up 170-180 degrees oven on 40-45 minutes.
Serve the finished bags immediately so that the dish is not scorching hot, let it stand for about 10 minutes on the plate.

Step 5: serve the drumstick in the pouch.
