Cooking pork chops in the oven:
Step 1: prepare the chops.
The meat should be completely thawed and cleaned of films and excess fat.
Sprinkle pork chops on both sides with ground red and black pepper, as well as salt. Rub the spices slightly with your fingers.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the clove of garlic cut into halves in it. Fry until you feel a bright aroma.

Step 4: bake pork chops in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Transfer the meat to a baking sheet so that the slices lie in one layer, pour them with hot sauce and send to the preheated oven until cooked, that is, on 15-20 minutes.
During this time, chops should have time to bake from the inside, and fragrant sauce forms on the baking sheet.
Serve the baked pork chops hot immediately after cooking.
