Rum Jam with Raisins and Nuts


Ingredients for making plum jam with raisins and nuts.

  1. Plums 1 kilogram
  2. Sugar 400-500 grams (to taste)
  3. Cinnamon 1 stick
  4. Orange 1 piece (small)
  5. Lemon 1/2 pieces
  6. Raisins 150 grams
  7. Walnuts 150 grams

Cooking plum jam with raisins and nuts:

Step 1: chop the plums.


Rinse the plums properly and cut into halves. Be sure to remove the seeds and remove twigs, leaves and other plant debris.

Rinse citrus fruits in warm water and cut into very thin circles, getting along the bitter seeds.
