Mexican Fried Pepper Ingredients

Cooking Mexican Fried Peppers:
Step 1: bake pepper.
Rinse and lay the bell peppers on a baking sheet. And just like that, whole, send it preheated to 200 degrees oven on 45 minutes. You will need to turn the pepper over every baking process 10-15 minutes, so that it is evenly baked.
Step 2: boil the potatoes.

Step 3: peel the peppers.

Cut peeled bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 5: add pepper.
Add the bell peppers along with the juice and continue to roast 3 minutes. You will notice that the juice will slightly caramelize the vegetables.
Step 6: add the remaining vegetables.
Add now chopped boiled potatoes and canned corn. Stir and keep on fire yet 1 minuteso that the vegetables get warm.
Step 7: add the sour cream.
