Cooking cornflakes chicken fillet:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Wash and dry the chicken fillet with paper towels, then cut it into long strips.
At the same time, mix in a bowl the wheat flour with salt, sweet paprika, ginger and black pepper.
In another bowl, beat the milk with the chicken egg until smooth.
Crumble corn flakes with a blender or rolling pin. The main thing is not to crush them too much, let some pieces remain quite large.
Step 2: breaded chicken fillet.
Lay a baking sheet with parchment to immediately spread the chicken fillet covered with breading.
Now dip the pieces of chicken fillet alternately in an egg with milk, in flour, back in an egg and in corn flakes, finally.
And here already lay pieces of chicken covered with cereal on a baking sheet, trying to place them at a small distance from each other.
Step 3: bake the chicken fillet in cornflakes.
Between slices of chicken in cornflakes, put small slices of butter and send everything to bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees on 30 minutes. Moreover, through 15 minutes the chicken fillet will need to be turned over so that it is baked well from all sides.
When the filet is baked, remove it from the oven, remove from the pan and serve.
Step 4: Serve the chicken in cornflakes.
Serve the chicken flakes baked in cornflakes as a snack or as the main main course. Tomato or garlic sauce, mayonnaise and mustard are well suited for it. It looks delicious and crunches alluring!
