Ingredients for making donuts with jam

For donuts

  1. Wheat flour 500 grams
  2. Fresh yeast 40 grams
  3. Sugar 60 grams
  4. Eggs 2 pieces (selected)
  5. Milk 50 milliliters
  6. Vegetable oil 50 milliliters
  7. Vanilla extract 5 milliliters

For frying

  1. Vegetable oil 300 milliliters
  2. Raspberry jam (or any other) 200 grams
  3. Powdered sugar -20 grams to taste

Making donuts with jam:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

First mix fresh yeast with sugar and grind everything until the mass becomes liquid.
Sift wheat flour into another plate. At the top of the hill, make a deepening and place yeast, eggs, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract mixed with sugar there.
Knead a fairly dense, uniform dough and leave it to come in a warm place. Thanks to yeast, the mass will double. But it will take about 2 hours.
Be sure to cover the dough in a plate so that it does not wind off.

Step 2: fry and fill the donuts.

Put the vegetable oil to bask in a saucepan. As a result, it should be such a temperature that if you throw a little dough into it, everything will hiss immediately, and the surface of the oil will be covered with bubbles.
At the same time, roll out the dough quite thickly (2 centimeters in thickness) and cut out rounded billets from it using a glass or a special shape. From this amount of dough, about 10 donuts.
Fry the donuts in oil (make sure it is not very hot, otherwise the dough will not bake inside) until golden, and then remove them with a slotted spoon and cool on disposable towels.
The slightly cooled donuts will need to be filled with raspberry jam using a pastry syringe. Sprinkle icing sugar for beauty and serve.

Step 3: serve donuts with jam.

Donuts with jam can be served immediately after cooking, while they are still warm, or you can completely cool them (which usually does not work out, since everything is eaten instantly). This is a delicious pastry for children and adults. Be sure to try it.
