Ingredients for cooking pasta with fish

Cooking pasta casserole with fish:

Just before you start preparing the rest of the ingredients, remove the fish from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature.

Step 2: cook pasta and broccoli.


Disassemble broccoli into inflorescences, rinse thoroughly and boil in boiling salted water with spices for 5 minutes. Then fold it into a colander and let cool.
Cook pasta in water with salt, in accordance with the instructions on their packaging. Throw it in a colander and let it cool too.

Step 3: prepare the sauce.


Mix sour cream with salt and spices as you wish.
Then break here 1 or 2 eggs (depending on how much sour cream you use) and beat vigorously to make a homogeneous mass.
