Ingredients for Sour Cream Pear Cake

For the test:

  1. Flour 350 g.
  2. Cottage cheese 9-18% 200 g.
  3. Sugar 100 g.
  4. Eggs 1 pc.
  5. Grated lemon peel 1 tbsp.
  6. Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
  7. Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
  8. Baking powder for dough 1 tsp
  9. Pinch of salt

For filling:

  1. Small strong pears 1 kg.
  2. Vodka 40 ml.

To fill:

  1. Sour cream 20% 400 ml.
  2. Eggs 3 pcs.
  3. Sugar 8 tbsp
  4. Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
  5. Butter 2 tbsp
