Ingredients for making fritters with berries
- Wheat flour 250 grams
- Baking powder for dough 8 grams

Cooking fritters with berries:
Step 1: prepare the dough.
Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave. Mix flour with baking powder for dough. Get seeds from half a vanilla pod.
And then you need to mix milk, melted butter, sugar and vanilla with a blender. Whisk about 10 Seconds at high speed.
Then you need to add flour with baking powder and salt. And keep mixing everything with a blender yet 1-2 minutes or until the dough becomes homogeneous.
Step 2: fry the fritters with berries.
Heat a non-stick pan, if this is not, then use an ordinary pan, lubricating its bottom with a small amount of oil.
Pour the dough onto a pre-heated skillet with a ladle, forming a few fritters. And fry about 1 minutes on one side until bubbles begin to appear on top.
As bubbles appear, put a few frozen berries on each pancake.
Turn the fritters with berries on the other side with a flat spatula and fry them still 1 minute. They should become a delicious ruddy color on both sides.
Fry the pancakes in batches, several in a pan, so that they do not touch each other and do not stick together.
Step 3: serve the fritters with berries.
Serve hot fritters with berries immediately after cooking. Garnish with berry jam, maple syrup or honey, or you can just sprinkle with powdered sugar. It will be tasty anyway.
