Cooking a rooster in beer:

Step 1: prepare the rooster.

For cooking, you only need the meaty parts of the rooster. These are wings, hips, back and chest. Keep your paws, neck and head out.
The poultry meat should be washed well and dried with paper towels.
Divide the thighs of the rooster into two parts along the joint to separate the legs.
Salt and pepper the cooked parts of the bird.

Step 2: fry the rooster.

Heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in a ducklings and dip wings and thighs with legs in it. Fry these parts of the rooster until golden brown on all sides and remove so far to the side, without removing the pan from the heat.

Step 3: fry the carrots.

Throw pieces of carrot into the same ducklings. If you need to add more oil, add. Fry the carrots until a golden blush.

Step 4: extinguish the cock in beer.

Take out the carrots and send the chopped onions and garlic to the roasting pan.
When the onion becomes soft and transparent, return the meat, grabbing those parts that we did not fry, and carrots.
Add the tomatoes chopped in a blender or grinder and pour the beer.
Bring everything to a boil over medium heat.

Step 5: bake a rooster in beer.

After the contents of the poultry boil, the rooster, along with vegetables and beer, will need to be transferred to a suitable baking dish with a lid (or just cover the mold tightly with foil).
Pour in some warm water so that the rooster is completely covered in broth. Add rosemary and some more salt and pepper.
Send the closed form with the rooster in beer to the preheated 200 degrees bake and bake a little more 2 hours.
When the poultry meat becomes soft, remove the lid from the mold and leave everything in the oven for another 15 minutesso that the broth around thickens and becomes a sauce. If desired, you can further thicken it by adding a couple of tablespoons of flour, diluted in warm water.
Serve hot.

Step 6: serve the rooster in beer.

A rooster in beer, of course, doesn’t sound like something exquisite, it looks like rustic food, but it is very tasty, especially if you pick up some simple and neutral side dish. Mashed potatoes will be just right. Rooster meat stewed in beer simply melts in the mouth, and carrots and tomatoes add a pleasant color and flavor to the sauce and pieces of poultry. Be sure to try it.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- According to the same recipe, you can cook chicken, but it will need to be baked much less in time.
