Ingredients for Cooking Roasted Carp
- Carp 1 piece
- Lemon juice as needed
- Salt to taste

- Wheat flour as required

Kitchen knife, plate, cutting board, frying pan, slotted spoon, paper towels.
Cooking carrots fried in breadcrumbs:
Step 1: prepare the carp.
Cleaned and gutted carcass of the carp should be thoroughly washed. Then remove the head, dorsal fin, and fins on the abdomen.
Cut the prepared carp into thin steaks and wipe each of them with a paper towel to dry.
Step 2: pickle carp.
Pour each steak with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Put the pieces of carp in a clean plate, cover and put in the refrigerator for pickling 24 hours.
Step 3: roll the breaded carp.
Prepare three plates. Beat eggs in one, pour wheat flour in the second, and breadcrumbs in the third.
Dip the pickled carp steaks first in the flour, then in the eggs and in the breadcrumbs at the very end.
Step 4: fry the carp in breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet with high sides, and then dip in the pieces of carp covered with breadcrumbs.
Fry the carp first on one side until golden, then just the same on the other, until cooked.
Put the prepared pieces directly from the pan onto a paper towel to remove excess fat, and then serve the carp to the table.
Step 5: serve the carrots fried in breadcrumbs.
Carp fried in breadcrumbs, served necessarily with slices of lemon and fresh vegetables or lettuce. Since the fish we had in the marinade, it turns out to be tasty, delicate and fragrant. Also, a gentle mashed potato is ideal as a side dish. Undoubtedly fried carp is an excellent dish for any occasion! If only there was a bigger fish, so that everyone had enough.
