Ingredients for making batter donuts
- Natural yogurt 8-10% fat 300 milliliters
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat flour 150 grams
- Vanilla Sugar 16-20 grams
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Lemon zest or lemon juice to taste
- Salt pinch
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for taste

Making donuts from batter:
Step 1: start kneading the dough.Pour yogurt into a deep plate, add chicken eggs, vanilla sugar and essence to it, as well as a pinch of salt. Mix everything very well until smooth, better with a mixer, of course.
Step 2: add flour to the dough.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder for the dough to the total mass. Mix well again.
At the end, add lemon zest or lemon juice. Just a little is enough for the taste. And again, mix the donut dough very well.
The mass should be a homogeneous consistency and quite liquid, as the name of the recipe suggests.
Step 3: fry the batter donuts.
Donuts need to be fried in a large amount of oil, so pick up a frying pan with high sides and pour oil into it, then put everything on fire and warm it up well.
Gently spread the dough for donuts in hot oil with a tablespoon. Then fry the donuts well on both sides until golden brown and remove them on paper towels, dry from excess vegetable oil.
