Making chocolate muffins with nuts:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Beat egg whites separately with a pinch of salt. Beat them until a firm thick foam.

Mix the yolks with sugar and rub them thoroughly with a mixer until white.
Add vanilla and mix well again. Then pour in maple syrup and whisk still 1 minute. Now sprinkle the cocoa and continue mixing with the mixer for more 1 minute.
Then sprinkle the sifted flour and baking powder, mix well and add the butter or coconut oil at the end.

Now carefully mix the whipped egg whites with salt into a homogeneous dough.

Step 2: pour the dough into forms.

Make cupcake tins. Insert inside each silicone or metal paper so that you can easily remove the finished cupcakes.
Fill the molds with dough for three quarters (the cupcakes will rise strongly in the oven), and pour a few nuts on top.

The dough turns out liquid, so put it with a spoon or ladle.

Step 3: bake chocolate muffins with nuts.

Bake chocolate muffins with nuts 180 degrees the oven. In time, baking will take you 20-25 minutes. Check the readiness of the test with a toothpick.

The muffins just removed from the oven must be removed from the mold and laid out on a wire rack to allow them to cool faster.

Step 4: serve the chocolate muffins with nuts.

When served, chocolate muffins with nuts should be at room temperature or slightly warmer, but not hot. You don’t need to decorate them with anything, so immediately start drinking tea. Very tasty and simple, right?
Enjoy your meal!
