Making fried feta with honey and sesame seeds:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Prepare three plates. In one, beat the egg, pour the wheat flour in the second, and in the third mix white sesame with a little black.
Cut feta cheese into equal pieces, it can be rectangles or triangles. It is only important that their thickness is at least 0.7 cm, approximately.
Step 2: breaded cheese.
Roll the pieces of cheese alternately in flour, egg and sesame. Put the feta breaded in breading on a plate and put it in the refrigerator for a while. Just a few minutes.
Step 3: Fry feta cheese.
Heat a sufficient amount of olive oil in a skillet, and then, when it is well heated, put in it cheese, breaded in breading. Fry feta until golden brown on both sides.
Make sure the breading is set and covered with a crispy crust, then remove the feta cheese from the pan and pat it with paper towels. Everything can be served!
Step 4: serve fried feta with honey and sesame seeds.
