Fried fish


Ingredients for cooking fried fish

  1. Steaks of fish (marine) 3 pieces
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Ground white pepper to taste
  4. Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
  5. Fresh cilantro (chopped) 2 tablespoons
  6. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons

Cooking Fried Fish:

Step 1: prepare the fish.


Fish steaks are made very easy. To do this, you just need to cut the peeled and gutted fish into portions.
Rinse the steaks and dry them with paper towels.

Step 2: prepare the marinade.


Combine chopped greens, salt, lemon juice and pepper.

Mix to make a paste.

Step 3: pickle the fish.


Rub pieces of fish with marinade and leave everything on 15 minutes at room temperature. But, if it’s very hot in your kitchen, it’s better to put the fish in the refrigerator, taking it back shortly before frying.

Step 4: fry the fish.


Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, and when it warms up well, put the fish steaks here.

Fry the fish, turning over periodically, to a beautiful golden color on both sides.

If you have warmed the oil well, then the steaks do not stick and very soon acquire a delicious appearance.
When the fish is ready, remove it from the pan and serve.

Step 5: serve the fried fish.


You can serve fried fish with vegetable salad, with potatoes (fried or boiled), with rice and pasta. Choose the sauce to your taste. Awesomely simple and good meal.
