Ingredients for breaded turkey fillet
- Turkey fillet 400 grams
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Spices for turkey (or chicken) 1 teaspoon
- Grated cheese 1/2 cup
- Frying oil 2 tablespoons

Cooking breaded turkey fillet:
Step 1: prepare the turkey fillet.
Rinse the turkey fillet and pat dry. Then cut each filet in half so that the pieces are medium-sized. So they will quickly fry and taste better.
Sprinkle the poultry meat on top with spices. If there is no salt in your spices, add it separately. Rub the seasonings with your hands, evenly distributing them.
Step 2: prepare the ingredients for the breading.
Cook three plates. In one, beat the eggs, pour wheat flour in the other, and breadcrumbs in the third.
Step 3: breaded turkey fillet.
Bread turkey fillets in the following order: first flour, then eggs and crackers at the very end. Make sure that the pieces of the bird are covered on all sides with an even layer.
Step 4: fry the breaded turkey filet.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and place the sliced breadcrumbs in it. Roast the turkey over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. In this case, you need to well fry the fillet not only outside but also inside, so do not add heat, let everything cook gradually.
Step 5: add the cheese.
While the turkey is fried, grate the cheese.
Shortly before the end of the preparation of the fillet, sprinkle it with cheese and leave it in the pan until the cheese melts, and then you can serve the finished dish to the table.
Attention: adding cheese is not necessary at all, but in my opinion, it tastes better.
Step 6: serve the breaded turkey fillet.
Transfer the turkey filet, breaded in a breading, onto a serving plate, additionally sprinkle on top with a little more cheese, add a light side dish, and you're done! Enjoy the crispy slices outside and the juicy inside.
