Salad with chickpeas, beans and corn


Ingredients for Salad with Chickpeas, Beans and Corn

  1. Onion (white and red) 2 pieces
  2. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  3. Salt 1 pinch
  4. Canned chickpeas 100 grams
  5. Canned red beans 100 grams
  6. Canned corn 100 grams
  7. Black olives 50 grams
  8. Grated cheese 50 grams
  9. Smoked sausage 50 grams
  10. Fresh greens for decoration

Making a salad with chickpeas, beans and corn:

Step 1: chop the onion.


Peel the onion, cut into thin slices and rinse with cold water.

Step 2: add chickpeas, corn and beans.

Before adding canned chickpeas, beans and corn to the salad, drain the liquid from them and rinse with cold water.

Step 3: add the olives.


Remove the seeds from the olives. You can also cut olives into halves or rings, or you can add them to the salad as a whole.

Step 4: add cheese.


Mix olives, onions, chickpeas, beans and corn, and then grate the cheese on the same grater.

Step 5: season the salad.


Separately mix the olive oil with salt, and then pour the resulting dressing into a salad and mix everything very well together to distribute the oil evenly.

Step 6: add the sausage.


Garnish a salad with chickpeas, beans and corn with slices of smoked sausage. Of course, you can finely chop the sausage and mix it with other ingredients, but whoever likes it.

Step 7: serve salad with chickpeas, beans and corn.
