Gravy Chicken Meatball Ingredients

Cooking Chicken Meatballs with Gravy:
Step 1: pass the vegetables.
Peel the carrots, onions and celery, cut into small pieces with a knife, and then place in a blender and give just a couple of pulses so as not to chop the vegetables too finely.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and throw chopped vegetables into it. Passer for a couple of minutes.
Step 2: prepare the gravy.
Then add bell pepper to carrots, onions and celery, also chopped in a blender.
Pour in water and bring to a boil, then put the rice and simmer everything together for a while. Do not forget to mix.
Step 3: prepare the minced meat for chicken meatballs.
While stewing vegetables with rice, make meatballs. Rinse and dry the chicken first.
Then put in the blender all the ingredients for the preparation of minced meat and beat everything together to make a rather uniform mixture.
Step 4: form the meatballs.
Wet your hands periodically with cold water to form small, rounded meatballs from minced chicken. Do not make the workpieces very small, but the smaller the faster they will be prepared.
Step 5: Cooking Chicken Meatballs with Gravy
Reduce the heat under the vegetables to reduce the intensity of the boil. And carefully place the chicken meatballs in the broth, one after the other.
Wait until the liquid boils again and detect on the watch 10 minutes. After this time, the meatballs will be ready. Remove the pan with them from the heat.
