Fried squid with mushrooms


Ingredients for Fried Squid with Mushrooms

  1. Squid 400 grams (peeled)
  2. 1/2 carrot
  3. Mushrooms 300 grams
  4. 1/4 onion
  5. Green onions to taste
  6. Garlic to taste
  7. Fish sauce to taste
  8. Sugar to taste
  9. Black pepper to taste

Cooking fried squid with mushrooms:

Step 1: prepare the squid.


Rinse squids well, remove the cartilage and remove the film. Rinse squids with water with salt or vinegar, then again just in cold water and let them dry.
Cut the squid into rings and squeeze out excess moisture.

Step 2: prepare the mushrooms and vegetables.


Peel mushrooms, carrots and onions, rinse well and cut into strips. Set the onion aside from the thoron.
Also finely chop the green onions and garlic cloves.

Step 3: fry the squid.


Preheat in a pan 3 teaspoons vegetable oil, then throw garlic into it and fry until it gives flavor.
Now add the chopped squid and sauté them with a little salt and sugar. Fry quickly, literally over 2-3 minutesand then put the squid on a plate.

Step 4: fry vegetables with mushrooms.


In the same pan in which you fried squid, saute the mushrooms and carrots with the addition of fish sauce and pepper. Fry, stirring frequently, until tender (carrots and mushrooms should become softer, and the juice released from them should evaporate).
You can add red ground pepper if you like spicy dishes.

Step 5: add the squid to the mushrooms.


When the mushrooms and carrots are ready, add fried squid and onions to them. Stir fry all together 5-6 minutes, then add the green onions and remove from heat.
Before serving, you can add a little more pepper for flavor or salt, if suddenly it was not enough.

Step 6: serve the fried squid with mushrooms.


Serve fried squid with mushrooms immediately after cooking, best with rice, funchose or pasta. It is very tasty and very fragrant.
