Ingredients for Making Simple Potato Salad

Making a simple potato salad:
Step 1: prepare the potatoes.
Boil the potatoes in their skins until they are easily pierced with a fork or knife. Then remove it with a slotted spoon from hot water and dip it in cold water to cool.
Important: Do not digest potatoes, it should not fall apart at the slightest movement.
Peel the cooled potatoes and cut into medium-sized cubes.
Step 2: prepare the cucumbers.
Rinse pickles from excess salt and pat dry.
Cut the cucumbers into thin circles, and if you have large vegetables, then first divide the pickles along in half.
