Cooking bread pudding with chocolate in the microwave:
Step 1: prepare the bread.
Spread softened butter on a slice of bread. There really needs to be a lot of oil to make the pudding tender. Then, with a knife, cut the bread into squares of the same size. Not too small.
For one cup is one slice of bread, do not put more.
Step 2: prepare the chocolate.
Cut the chocolate into small pieces with a knife, just to make it convenient to put them in a cup of bread.
Step 3: prepare the egg mixture.
Break the egg into a measuring cup, add sugar to it and beat everything together until white. Make sure the sugar has completely dissolved and pour the milk into the egg mass. Beat everything with a whisk until smooth.
Step 4: bake a microwave pudding bread pudding.
Place the oiled bread cubes in a cup and spread the slices of chocolate between them. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon on top.
Gently pour the egg and milk mixture into the cup.
Bake pudding in the microwave for 1 minutes. If the bread pudding doesn’t cook during this time, leave it on 30 secondsand then on 20 seconds, and further. Cooking time depends on your microwave, so be guided by looking at what you get. For example, it took me 2 minutes 10 seconds.
After baking, let the chocolate bread pudding cool down for 5 minutes and you can try.
