Ingredients for Making Pasta in Cheese Sauce
- Pasta 300 grams
- Cured Ham Several Slices
- Sour cream 12% 200 milliliters
- Milk 250 milliliters
- Cheddar cheese (or another that melts easily) 100 grams
- Parmesan 25 grams
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Provencal herbs 2 teaspoons
- Main ingredients: Milk, Cheese, Sour Cream, Pasta
- Serving 3 servings

Cooking pasta in cheese sauce:
Step 1: cook pasta.
Cook pasta in salted water until half cooked. That is, they should be soft on the outside, but hard on the inside, it is best to taste, than guess by time.
After cooking, discard the pasta in a colander.
Step 2: prepare the sauce.
To make the sauce, mix sour cream, milk, grated cheddar cheese, Provence herbs, salt and pepper. You can also add nutmeg. Whisk well with a whisk to mix the ingredients.
Or you can send everything to a blender and chop it.
Step 3: combine all the ingredients.
Stir cooked pasta with sauce and ham sliced into thin slices. Mix better in a large and deep plate so that all the components are very well connected together.
Step 4: bake pasta in cheese sauce.
Arrange the pasta with ham and cheese sauce in a baking dish, in this case pots.
Sprinkle parmesan on top to make a delicious crust, and cover with lids.
Bake with 200 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes or until a golden crust forms on top.
Once the pasta in the cheese sauce is baked, remove them from the oven, add chopped parsley and serve until cool.
Step 5: serve the pasta in cheese sauce.
