Cooking smoked fish under a fur coat:
Step 1: prepare the potatoes.
Peel the potatoes and grate, mix it with capers and put on the bottom of the salad bowl, leveling. Season with salt, pepper and top with mayonnaise.
Step 2: prepare smoked fish.
Mash the fish fillet with a fork to make it look like pasta.
Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and soak briefly in balsamic vinegar (apple or wine will do the same).
Squeeze the onion and mix it with smoked fish.
Put a layer of onion and fish on the potatoes. Lubricate with mayonnaise on top.
Step 3: add the rest of the layers.
Grated carrots go to the fish, salt, bake and grease with mayonnaise, and then a layer of grated beets. That's all, if you are not going to decorate the salad, then you can stop here. Just cover the salad with cling film and let it stand for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
Step 4: decorate and serve smoked fish under a fur coat.
When smoked fish is soaked under a fur coat, you can start serving it on the table. Garnish the salad with grated eggs on top (you can only use protein or only yolk), build flowers from carrots, and beautifully lay the mayonnaise on the edges with a spoon or a pastry bag. And that’s all! Try and treat the guests.
Enjoy your meal!
- Use any fish, even red, even mackerel, the main thing is that it be smoked.
