Cooking tuna croquettes:
Step 1: fry the onion and flour.

Step 2: add milk.
When the flour is soaked in butter, remove everything from the heat and pour the milk in a thin stream, without ceasing to stir, so that no lumps form.
Step 3: add the spices.
Return the flour mixture to the fire and continue to mix and heat until the mass thickens.
Then add nutmeg and white pepper. Mix well.
Step 4: add tuna.
Remove the flour mixture from the heat and add canned tuna, chopped with a fork, to it. Salt and mix everything until smooth, and then send to the refrigerator to make the mass freeze and become thick.
Step 5: form and fry the tuna croquettes.
Prepare the ingredients for breading: pour breadcrumbs on one plate and beat chicken eggs with a little water in another.
From the prepared flour mass with tuna, sculpt oblong croquettes, roll them first in eggs and then in breadcrumbs and send them to fry in a large amount of hot vegetable oil.
Tuna croquettes should be coated with a uniform golden crust on all sides. After that, you can serve them to the table.
