Ingredients for Salad with Pasta, Beans and Tuna

  1. Pasta 100 grams
  2. Canned white beans 1 can
  3. Red onion 1/2 pieces
  4. Cherry Tomatoes 250 grams
  5. Canned tuna (without oil) 125 grams
  6. Parsley 1/3 bunch
  7. Black olives 8 pieces
  8. Olive oil 3 tablespoons
  9. Lemon juice with half a lemon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Ground black pepper to taste
  12. Granular mustard 1 teaspoon

Making a salad with pasta, beans and tuna:

Step 1: cook pasta.


Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, that is, you need to cook on 30 seconds less than indicated in the cooking instructions.
Rinse boiled pasta with cold water to cool quickly and leave to drain in a colander.
