Mackerel in white wine


Ingredients for Mackerel in White Wine

  1. Mackerel 2 kilograms
  2. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  3. Dry white wine 2 tablespoons
  4. Lemon optional
  5. Carrot 1 piece
  6. Onion 1 piece
  7. Herbs (dill, parsley, sage) 2-3 fresh twigs or 2 tsp dry
  8. Bay leaf 2 pieces
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper to taste
  11. Garlic to taste

Cooking Mackerel in White Wine:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
