Then chop the meat into pieces 8-10 centimeters in length, no more than a couple of centimeters thick.
In a plate, mix teriyaki sauce, oil, pepper, salt, paprika, thyme and basil. In this marinade, dip the pieces of pork and mix everything thoroughly.
Cover the pork with a film or a lid and send it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or at night.

Step 2: wrap the pork in the dough.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut a rectangle from it for each piece of meat.
Place the pork on the dough. You should have half a centimeter left and a few centimeters in length so that you can wrap the meat in a roll.

Wrap the pork by tightly holding the edge of the dough, and then lay your rolls on a greased baking parchment.

Step 3: bake the pork in the dough.

Bake the pork in the dough in preheated 170 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes. In must be sure that the meat was baked inside too.

Step 4: prepare the sauce.

While pork is being cooked, you have time to make a sauce for it.
Rinse mushrooms with running water and pat dry. If necessary, cut them even smaller.
Peel the onions from the husks and crumble very finely.
Heat oil in a frying pan and put onion with mushrooms in it. Stew, stirring, for 2-3 minutesand then pour in about 3/4 cup warm water. Cover and allow liquid to evaporate.
When the water has almost evaporated, add sour cream to the mushrooms, salt, pepper to taste and mix well.
Remove the mushroom sauce from the heat and sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese.

Step 5: serve the pork in the dough with mushroom sauce.

When the pork in the dough is baked, remove it from the oven, arrange in portions and pour the hot mushroom sauce on top. At the end, you can decorate everything with finely chopped parsley.
It turns out very, very tasty. Try to cook this dish for sure.
Enjoy your meal!
