Ingredients for Cooking Fried Pork with Onions
- Pork (fatty meat) 1 kilogram
- Garlic 1 clove (large)
- Onions 4-5 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Paprika (sweet or spicy) pinch
- Red wine 1 glass
- Fat for frying

Cooking fried pork with onions:
Step 1: prepare the meat.
Take the meat with a lot of fat, you do not need to cut it. Rinse the pork, dry and cut it into small cubes, as they say, for one bite.
Step 2: fry the onions.
Peel and chop the onions with thin feathers. Melt some pork fat in a pan and toss the onion into it. Fry, stirring, until onion begins to become yellowish.
Step 3: add the meat.
Add pork to the onion, salt, pepper and continue cooking, often stirring, until the pork turns red to brown.
Mix better with a thick wooden or silicone spatula. And do not burn meat with onions throughout the cooking process. Watch the dish, do not overdo it.
Step 4: add the wine.
When the pork is browned, pour red wine into the pan and season with paprika. And leave everything to stew so that the wine evaporates, giving the meat a taste.
When the wine has evaporated, let the slices of pork lightly brown. But, again, do not overdo them on fire.
Remove the meat from the heat, add the finely chopped garlic and mix very well. Cover and let pork and onions rest for 10-15 minutesand then you can serve the meat to the table.
Step 5: Serve the fried pork with onions.
Fried pork with onions is a great lunch or dinner. You can add some light and slight side dish here. And you can simply enjoy this dish with a bite of bread. Sauce such meat is not needed, believe me.
