Cooking turkey with cranberries:

Step 1: prepare the marinade.

In a bowl, mix the garlic salt marinade (if not, just mix the salt with the garlic passed through the press), paprika, marjoram, mustard, thyme, honey and soy sauce. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.

Step 2: marinate the turkey meat.

Turkey meat (I had it immediately without bone, otherwise you need to carefully cut it), rinse and wipe dry with towels.
Lightly beat the turkey with a hammer to even out the thickness of the meat over its entire area.
Fold the prepared meat in a marinade, wipe on all sides, put it in a plate, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and refrigerate one night or at 8 ocloc'k.

Step 3: add cranberries to the turkey.

Shortly before cooking, the turkey should be removed from the refrigerator and laid out on a board so that it warms slightly at room temperature.

While the meat is warming, rinse and dry the cranberries, and then lay them on a flattened turkey.

Roll the turkey meat tightly into a roll, sealing the cranberries inside. Fasten everything with toothpicks so that the roll does not fall apart.

Step 4: bake a turkey with cranberries.

Fold the turkey with cranberries into a mold, cover with foil and send in preheated to 170 degrees oven on 35-40 minutes.

Per 10 minutes until ready, remove the foil so that the turkey is baked on top, covered with a golden brown.
When the turkey with cranberries is ready, it will need to be immediately removed from the oven and cooled first at room temperature, and then, after removing the toothpicks, send the meat to the refrigerator for storage. Or you can serve it to the table.

Step 5: serve the turkey with cranberries.

Turkey with cranberries should be served chilled, slicing the roll into slices of small thickness. A wonderful holiday snack or an addition to sandwiches, much tastier than the purchased sausage.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- If you wish, you can leave the skin on the thigh so that the roll is fatter.
