Ingredients for Making Broccoli Vegetable Soup
- Onion 1 piece
- Bulgarian red pepper 1 piece
- 2 carrots
- Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Broccoli 1 piece
- Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
- Celery and parsley leaves to taste
- Water 3 liters

Saucepan, kitchen knife, cutting board, ladle, tablespoon, spatula.
Cooking Broccoli Vegetable Soup:
Step 1: fry the vegetables.
Peel and rinse carrots, peppers, and onions. Cut these vegetables into small slices and stop frying in the butter warmed up at the bottom of the soup pot.
Step 2: cook the vegetable soup.
Stir stewing carrots, onions and peppers for several minutes, and then fill them with three liters of clean water.
Bring the soup to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutesstirring sometimes.
Step 3: add broccoli.
Meanwhile, while the broth is cooked, rinse the broccoli and disassemble it into small inflorescences. Cut stems too thick or long.
After 20 minutes Cooking, toss the prepared broccoli into the pot and cook the soup for another 10 minutes under the cover.
Step 4: bring broccoli vegetable soup to readiness.
Remove the lid, add tomato paste, salt and pepper to the broccoli vegetable soup. Stir and let everything boil together for a couple of seconds.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the finely chopped greens and leave on 5-7 minutes. Then slightly cooled vegetable soup with broccoli should be served.
