Ingredients for Cooking Chicken with Cream Mushrooms

- Fresh mushrooms 400 grams

Cooking chicken with cream mushrooms:
Step 1: prepare the chicken.
Peel the chicken breast and boil it in clean salted water. Cook for 5-7 minutesafter the water boils. Then take out the breast, cool slightly, remove the bones, and cut the meat into small pieces.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and throw pieces of chicken into it. Sauté them over high heat for 1-2 minutesuntil the meat is covered with a crispy golden crust.

Without removing the pan from the heat, add the chicken to the mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and pour the cream mixed with sour cream here.
Hold, often stirring, the chicken with mushrooms in cream over a fire for 5-7 minutes. Wait until the sauce thickens a little, and then remove everything and serve until hot.
Step 4: Serve the chicken with cream mushrooms.
Creamy chicken with mushrooms is served as the main main course. If there is an opportunity and desire, you can cook buckwheat, polenta or pasta, for example, for a side dish. But simply with black bread the dish will turn out to be breathtakingly delicious, but not as satisfying as with the side dish.
