Cooking chicken wings with honey and soy sauce:

Step 1: pickle chicken wings with honey and soy sauce.

This step needs to be done in advance.
Defrost the wings, rinse and dry. Then cut the joints as desired so that three parts come out of one wing. This is optional, but it will be more convenient to eat.

Mix honey and soy sauce in a bowl, adding to your taste other spices suitable for chicken (garlic, paprika, turmeric, etc. to your taste). Dip the chicken wings in the marinade and mix well so that the sauce with honey covers evenly each wing.
Leave the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours, or better at night or day.
Attention: cover or wrap the container with wings in the marinade so that the smells in the refrigerator do not mix.

Step 2: bake chicken wings with honey and soy sauce.

Put the pickled wings on a wire rack or on a baking sheet lined with parchment / greased with vegetable oil, and send them to the oven, preheated to 180 degreesabout 1 hour. You can cook the wings on the grill, turning them from time to time (so that they bake evenly).
Fry the wings until a pleasant golden crust on all sides. And as soon as they are ready, remove them from the rack / baking sheet and immediately serve hot to the table.

Step 3: serve the chicken wings with honey and soy sauce.

When serving chicken wings with honey and soy sauce, you can sprinkle them with sesame seeds and green onions. But the sauce here, for my taste, is not needed, since the chicken is already very juicy and tasty. A great dish for a gala reception and just to have a tasty meal in the company of family and / or friends.
