Tartlet Chicken Salad


Ingredients for Salad with Chicken in Tartlets

  1. Chicken breast 1 piece (large size)
  2. Dijon mustard 1-2 tablespoons
  3. Cucumbers 3 pieces (small)
  4. 5 eggs
  5. 5 celery stalk
  6. Mayonnaise 100 milliliters
  7. Filo pastry tartlets (preferably) 45-55 pieces
  8. Water 2 cups
  9. 4 cloves of garlic
  10. 1/8 cup salt
  11. Ground black pepper to taste
  12. Onions 1-2 pieces
  • Main Ingredients Cucumber, Celery, Chicken, Eggs
  • Portion 10-11

Inventory:

Kitchen knife, plates, cutting board, tablespoon, whisk, ladle, frying pan, spatula.

Cooking chicken salad in tartlets:

Step 1: cook the chicken.


First, dissolve the salt in water and add crushed garlic to it. Stir and place in this pickle the two-piece chicken breast. Leave on 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Drain the chicken brine, wipe it with towels and put in the oven to bake on 30 minutes.

The easiest way to cook one egg. Break it into a plate, beat with a fork or a whisk, and then pour the resulting mass into a frying pan heated with oil. Fry on both sides, for about a minute, and set aside.
Repeat the same with the rest of the eggs.
Cool the egg pancakes, then roll them together in a roll and cut into thin strips.

Step 4: mix the salad with chicken.


Now you just have to finely chop the cucumbers and celery, and then combine them together with chicken, onions and egg pancakes in a salad bowl.

Add mayonnaise, mustard and salt (optional) with pepper to taste. Mix the salad well to distribute the dressing.

Step 5: serve chicken salad in tartlets.


Put the chicken salad in the tartlets, filling them to the top and serve. You can decorate the appetizer with fresh herbs or leave it like that, because the stuffed tartlets look attractive anyway. You and your guests will be delighted.
