Salad with green peas and pickled mushrooms


Ingredients for Salad with Green Peas and Pickled Mushrooms

  1. Canned green peas 1 jar
  2. Pickled mushrooms 1 can
  3. 5 eggs
  4. Hard cheese 200 grams
  5. Pickled carrots 1 jar (small)
  6. Mayonnaise to taste

Making a salad with green peas and pickled mushrooms:

Step 1: Cook the eggs.


Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and cut into medium-sized cubes.
Immediately transfer them to a salad bowl.

Step 2: chop the cheese.


Cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the eggs.
Somewhere here, in between cases, drain the liquid from the peas and send it to the salad bowl to the other ingredients.

Step 3: chop the mushrooms.


Drain the marinade from the mushrooms. Mushrooms themselves, unlike other ingredients, do not need to be finely chopped. It is enough to divide them into halves or quarters.
Pickled carrots, as a rule, go already chopped, so like peas, just drain the pickle from it and add slices to the salad.

Step 4: mix the salad with green peas and pickled mushrooms.


Add mayonnaise and mix all ingredients thoroughly with it. If necessary, add salt and pepper, but this is optional. And you can serve it to the table.

Step 5: serve salad with green peas and pickled mushrooms.


Salad with green peas and pickled mushrooms can be served on both ordinary and festive tables. For beauty, you can sprinkle it with grated egg yolks on top (like Mimosa salad) and / or lay thin slices of champignons nicely on top.
